The knights of the Office of the Home have confirmed that they communicate with their leadership using “Blessed Emris”. This would suggest that the EMRIS satellite considers the Office of the Home to be a legitimate part of the old UK government. The knight spoken to was unaware of the Guardian AI though, which would suggest the satellite does not consider the Office of the Home as ready to take charge, or that their function is not to do so, but to find others ready to do so.

The Pact have recently abandoned their previously pacifist ways and taken up arms. They have been led to hidden weapon caches by The Guardian, a spirit that they see as their protector and patron. They are claiming to be readying themselves to fight the growing darkness in a battle between good and evil, led by The Guardian, but it is very clear they are heavily psionically corrupted. The fact that the Guardian spirit knew about old weapons caches suggests the possibility that the Guardian of the Pact is the Guardian AI from the satellite.
