Cromwell
Cromwell is the result of a series of unethical experiments by Bunker Fortitude military researchers, splicing a human with Hive implants and technology. He has subsequently severed all ties with his bunker and operates solo. He seems to be waging a one-man war against any Hive or supermutants he encounters.
He has on occasion fought alongside FEF personnel against a mutual foe. Caution is advised but he does on the face of it appear to be a valuable ally.
