Dr. Langstrom

Dr. Langstrom is a scientist, responsible for the creation of the supermutant race. They are the former apprentice of Dr. Richtofen, who has since disavowed Langstrom as a dangerous psychotic.
Langstrom herself has been injected with the supermutant jab and appears to be categorised as a Not Right. She has also received extensive cybernetic enhancement. She has laid claim to patronage from Bunker Ardent and the bunker is the likely source of her cybernetic enhancements.
During the course of Op 20 it was learned that Langstrom had gone to the Cutlery Clan claiming to have lost control of supermutant creation. They came willingly to Fort Barney to speak with the UC. As a result of their crimes against humanity they were offered sanctuary, but under condition of house arrest and the discontinuation of all scientific endeavour. This was refused. UC troops attempted to eliminate Langstrom but she escaped, largely due to extreme resilience to gunfire due to her enhancements. She remains at large and should be considered a serious threat.
Before fleeing Fort Barney, Langstrom had offered to create a new virus that would kill all supermutants. It is to be considered highly likely that she will work on this virus and we should seek to safeguard any UC personnel this might affect.
Operation 22 ran two missions to locate and eliminate Dr. Langstrom. These were successful and after multiple tests Dr. Langstrom is confirmed as killed. At the time of death Dr. Langstrom was carrying a seismic bomb similar to those used against the mines of the Black Hill Boys, but enhanced with a C7 fuel rod. Her stated intention was to kill several hundred supermutants with the device, which suggests the plan to develop a virus was a failure. It was also noted that Dr. Langstrom's corpse showed significant synaptic degradation and in all probability did not have long left to live anyway.
