Warlord Raze
The former chief of the Free Peoples, the conglomerate of surface tribes. Raze was a councillor of the Ascendancy and provided significant help to Bunker Ascendant during its early time on the surface, both with food production and with generally making sense of the world around them.
Information from the Office of the Home suggested that Raze was compromised, and this was further corroborated by memos recovered from the USUK Marines. Raze was subjected to various forms of mental compulsion, rendering him an agent of the USUK Marines and little better than a puppet leader.
Attempts to take Raze on in a fight failed and he quit the area, taking a significant proportion of the Free People with him. His current status is unknown.
