Dr. Richtofen
A former Nazi-era scientist known to have been extensively involved in a vast array of Pre-Fall science projects. He has a profound interest in continuing survival, to the point where he currently solely as a head in a life support array. He is a deeply controversial figure due to his past but he currently seems to be cooperative and willing to work towards the betterment of the UC.
He is currently working with Vasili Komarov to improve UC power facilities and help end the reliance on C7.
He is known to be the teacher of Dr. Langstrom, a decision he now claims to regret.
